Head of Neopay: own product, sales, partnerships, and growth strategy; lead cross‑functional teams, drive data‑driven decisions, and expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
Help shape and execute Neopay’s strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Take full ownership of product, sales, partnerships, and operational performance.
Ensure a clear product development direction, prioritization, and timely delivery of features to the market.
Foster close collaboration between product, sales, customer support, IT, and other teams.
Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for different customer segments.
Actively engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
Build strategic partnerships with banks, fintech companies, merchants, and other market participants.
Establish a data-driven performance management culture by defining clear KPIs and regularly evaluating results.
Develop and lead managers and specialists, strengthening a culture of accountability, initiative, and collaboration.
Ensure operational efficiency, budget control, and profitable growth.
Represent the Neopay business in the market, at conferences, partner meetings, and strategic negotiations.
Initiate and execute expansion into new markets.
Requirements
Required Experience
At least 3 years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or financial services sectors.
Experience managing not only products but also commercial outcomes (sales, customer growth, revenue).
Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
Experience working with B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer support, operations).
Technical and Business Competencies
Strong understanding of the payments market, Open Banking, and PSD2 regulations.
Knowledge of credit transfers, payment initiation services, and account information services.
Ability to evaluate product investment priorities based on business return.
Ability to make decisions based on data and financial metrics.
Strong understanding of customer needs analysis and product positioning.

Compensation
€6,000–€8,500 gross per month, plus quarterly performance bonuses.
