About the Position

We are looking for a Technical client support specialist to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the Neopay payment system. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, assist in resolving payment- and integration-related issues, analyze transactions, and collaborate with technical teams to address more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients and partners on the functionality and use of the Neopay payment system.

Analyze payment transactions and identify potential root causes of issues.

Investigate incidents reported by clients and coordinate their resolution.

Analyze system logs and other information required for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Assist clients with integration and technical connectivity issues.

Collaborate with product, technical, and partner teams.

Monitor service quality and contribute to improving the customer experience.

Document common issues and their resolutions.

What We Expect from You

Experience in customer service, operations administration, or the payments industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes of problems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally and clearly.

Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Technical aptitude and an understanding of IT systems and how they operate.

Good command of both Lithuanian and English.

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech, payments, or banking sector.

Experience working with client integrations or handling technical inquiries.

Basic SQL knowledge or the ability to perform simple database queries.

Experience analyzing database extracts and logs.

Understanding of API principles and how APIs work.

Salary
2000-2500 Eur gross/month, final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications
